About paying
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Sign up with your email address, confirm it, and we start checking. Upgrade to Pro whenever you like.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page in two clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you've paid for.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
You move to the free plan. Your first website keeps being checked and everything else is paused, not deleted, so you can pick up where you left off.
Can I pay in dollars or euros?
Yes. Pro is £5, $6 or €6 a month. You choose the currency when you pay.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. We never see or keep your card details. Receipts and invoices are on your Account page.
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes. £50 a year is two months free compared with paying monthly.
What counts as one of my 20?
Each website, mail server, port or scheduled job you watch counts as one. The certificate and domain renewal checks for a website come free with it.
Do you have plans for agencies?
Yes. If you look after lots of client websites, email hello@sitepatrol.app and tell us what you need. We'll work it out together.
