Good to know
Do I need to install anything?
No. Site Patrol runs in your browser. To get alerts on an iPhone or iPad, open Site Patrol in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and turn alerts on from there.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Sign up with your email address, confirm it, and we start checking. Upgrade to Pro whenever you like.
How do you know it's really down?
We only call it down after two failed checks in a row, so a single blip doesn't wake you at 3am. When it's back, we tell you that too, with how long it was down.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
You move to the free plan. Your first website keeps being checked and everything else is paused, not deleted, so it's all there if you come back.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page in two clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you've paid for.
