Site Patrol
Domain expiry monitoring

Don't lose your website to a missed renewal

When a domain name expires, your website and your email stop working, and someone else can buy it. We remind you well before that happens.

How it works

Set up in under a minute

1

Add your website

Domain checks come free with every website you watch.

2

We ask the registry

Once a day we look up your domain's renewal date from the official registry.

3

Reminders before it runs out

30, 7 and 1 days before, with the date and who your domain is registered with.

Why it matters

  • Card on file expired, so auto renew quietly failed
  • Renewal emails going to an old address or spam
  • Domains bought years ago by someone who's left
  • Your email stops too, not just your website
A website's details showing example.com is registered until June 2027
Questions

Good to know

Where do you get the renewal date?

From the registry that runs your domain ending, using the official lookup service (RDAP). It's the same date your registrar works to.

Some domains don't show a date. Why?

A few country domains don't publish renewal dates. We'll show the date whenever the registry shares it.

Do I need to tell you who my registrar is?

No. We find it for you and show it in the reminder.

Is it on the free plan?

Yes. Every website you watch includes its domain renewal reminders.
