Site Patrol

Terms

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms cover your use of Site Patrol at sitepatrol.app. Site Patrol is run by Paul O'Brien, trading as Site Patrol, of 40 Hazeldene Gardens, Uxbridge, UB10 9DJ, United Kingdom ("we"). By making an account you agree to them.

What Site Patrol does

We check the websites, servers and scheduled jobs you add, and tell you by the alert channels you choose when something stops working, comes back, or has a certificate or domain renewal coming up. We do our best to check on time and to deliver every alert, but checks and alerts depend on networks and services we don't control, so we can't promise that every problem will be caught or every alert will arrive.

Your data

What you add to Site Patrol is yours. You can download all of it as a file from your Account page at any time, and delete your account whenever you like. Our privacy notice explains what we keep and why.

If things go wrong

Site Patrol is a warning service. It doesn't fix your website and it can't stop it going down. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost income, lost data or other losses caused by your website being down, or by a check or alert being late or missed. If we are responsible for a loss, the most we'll pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't let us limit.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. You can stop using Site Patrol and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

The law

These terms are under the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law of where you live gives you.
