This notice explains what personal information Site Patrol keeps, why, and what you can do about it. Site Patrol is run by Paul O'Brien, trading as Site Patrol, of 40 Hazeldene Gardens, Uxbridge, UB10 9DJ, United Kingdom, who is responsible for your information ("we"). Contact us at hello@sitepatrol.app.

What we keep

We don't use advertising cookies or trackers. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Why we keep it

To run the service you signed up for (our contract with you), to take payment, to stop abuse (our legitimate interest in keeping Site Patrol working for everyone) and to meet legal duties such as keeping payment records.

Who else handles it

Some of these companies process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete your account we delete what you've added straight away, apart from payment records, which we keep for six years because the law requires it.

Your rights

You can see, download, correct or delete your information at any time from your Account page, or ask us at hello@sitepatrol.app. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this notice in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
